The hack will also add some lines to the userstartup file. The hack will add a file named 'censor.package' to the downloads folder. The one with the menus adds testingcheats, and the one with the plants adds snapobjects (which makes placing windows and doors impossible).
The two others are best left unticked if you don't want to create any troubles ingame. Click the one with the sim and the shower, and the one with the chairs. Place Seethem in the Downloads folder, and double-click it.
Seethem adds cheats to it, and usually deletes the contents when the Seethem file is opened.
If you've got cheats in the userstartup already, copy the cheat file, and place it somewhere safe, just in case something happens.
